  • Returns are only accepted for items that are not marked as final sale

⚠️ Note: As many of our products ship directly from our supplier, the return address is not our business address. Please contact us before returning anything.

  • Once your return is received and approved by the supplier, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

🚚 Missing or Non-Delivered Orders

If your item hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  1. Check your tracking link (if provided)

  2. Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout

  3. Contact us to investigate with the supplier

We will re-send or refund orders that are:

  • Lost in transit

  • Marked as delivered but never received (after courier investigation)

  • Not received within 35 days of order placement (UK orders)

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.
