We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
You must contact us first to receive return instructions
Returns are only accepted for items that are not marked as final sale
β οΈ Note: As many of our products ship directly from our supplier, the return address is not our business address. Please contact us before returning anything.
To request a return:
Email us at [your support email] with your order number, item(s) you want to return, and reason for return.
π° Refunds
Once your return is received and approved by the supplier, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5β10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
π Missing or Non-Delivered Orders
If your item hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:
Check your tracking link (if provided)
Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout
Contact us to investigate with the supplier
We will re-send or refund orders that are:
Lost in transit
Marked as delivered but never received (after courier investigation)
Not received within 35 days of order placement (UK orders)
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.
