1. Physical Products

2. Digital Products and Memberships
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds for digital products (e.g., e-books, downloadable content) and memberships are offered within 5 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or used.
- No refunds will be issued for digital products or memberships after 5 days or once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Membership Cancellations:
- Memberships can be cancelled at any time through your account settings on GetHookt.co.uk.
- Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a membership.
3. Exceptions
- If an item was received as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, first check your bank account again.
